French Plum 
Exceptionally smooth and displaying rich plum flavours interspersed by silky almonds.
Lemon
A very refreshing ice cream using both the juice and zest of lemons sourced from our friends at Tranquil Hills Grove in Cobram, beside the Murray River.
Lime
Another successful citrus flavour that originates in the Tranquil Hills Grove – lusciously smooth, yet tangy and cleansing.
Mocha
This has confounded us for some time, but after considerable testing and tasting we now have the balance of sweet cocoa and the coffee kick just right.
Orange and Cardamom
A subtle Middle Eastern-inspired flavour combining oranges from Tranquil Hills and exotic cardamom pods. Adds an ideal zing after a filling dinner when served with poached fruit.
Plum Pudding
Just in time for Christmas – a rich, creamy ice cream mould using chestnuts from the Ovens Valley; packed with spiced brandy-soaked dried fruit – and goodwill to all ice cream lovers!
Rhubarb
Unashamedly old-fashioned, delicately flavoured and ideal with or without grandma’s rhubarb and apple pie.
Spice
A smooth ‘souk’ blend of spice – cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves – the perfect partner to warming winter fruit puddings, or fresh fruit.
White Chocolate and Macadamia
All snowy, white and winter bright. An elegant, extra-creamy ice cream with added crunch.
